Your OpportunityWe're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our small, dynamic team and help us take Humans of Agriculture into our next chapter.
Reporting directly to our Founder, Oli, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our impact by developing and managing commercial partnerships. You'll be the person who turns opportunities into outcomes, building relationships, creating value for partners, and driving revenue that allows us to continue championing agriculture's stories.
This role is about connection. You'll work with businesses, industry organisations, and brands to show them how storytelling and community can help them achieve their goals, while supporting our mission to empower the people shaping agriculture's future.
Key AccountabilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue GrowthDrive sales across podcasts, videos, events, and new commercial offeringsSell podcast advertising, video series, and sponsorship packagesIdentify, design, and grow new partnership opportunities and products
Client & Partner RelationshipsBuild, manage, and expand strong, long-term partner relationshipsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and satisfactionRepresent Humans of Agriculture at events, pitches, and industry forums
Commercial ExecutionDraft proposals, contracts, and manage renewalsNegotiate agreements that balance value for partners and sustainability for HOATrack sales pipeline, manage reporting, and ensure revenue targets are met
Collaboration & StrategyWork closely with the content and operations teams to shape packages, pricing, and deliveryProvide insights and feedback to refine our offerings and identify emerging opportunitiesContribute to the growth strategy by helping set targets and defining success metrics
About YouProven experience in partnerships, business development, or salesA natural connector with strong relationship-building skillsExcellent communicator, written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and pitchesCommercially minded and confident managing budgets, contracts, and targetsCurious, proactive, and passionate about purpose-driven workKnowledge of agriculture is a bonus, but not essential, more important is a willingness to dive in and learn
