We’re seeking an enthusiastic Barista/Catering Assistant to help deliver nutritious meals, outstanding customer service, and quality café experiences to our patients, staff, and visitors.This role will involve:Prepare a range of hot and cold drinks as a skilled BaristaDeliver meals, food, and beverages to the hospital patients and doctorsAssist with basic food preparation and meal platingMaintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workspaceProvide friendly, efficient service and handle POS transactionsAssists in the monitoring and recording requirements of the FSP, for example, recording temperatures, cleaning schedule completion, receipt of goods.Excellent communication and teamwork abilitiesFlexibility to work varied shifts, including weekendsSkills And ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and be punctual, reliable, with a dedication to offering authentic, friendly customer service.Barista experienceUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene principlesExcellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focusCompliance with HACCP, Food Safety and Workplace, Health and SafetyExperience in customer service, hospitality, or kitchensWillingness to accept and promote Ramsay’s core valuesAbout UsFacilities include 9 state-of-the-art operating theatres, two cardiac catheter laboratories, a minor procedure room, a day surgery unit, an 11-bed intensive care unit/coronary care unit and a 9 chair day therapy unit.
