About the Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Katoomba team on a casual basis. This role requires full availability Monday to Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
* Operate our booking system efficiently.
* Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
