About the role:
The Senior Project Manager will work closely with their team, clients, and the Engineering Team/QA Engineers to ensure that scoping is effectively gathered, ticketed, scheduled, completed to a high standard, and implemented with clients. They will also interact with existing clients to plan the transition to new or upgraded systems and new client implementations.

You will get to:
* Facilitate overall management/oversight of EPR Delivery Project(s)
* Facilitate through the Business Analyst team of scoping of any contracted gaps, out-of-the-box system configuration
* Ensure project scope is effectively documented/managed
* Work closely with business analysts, solution design architects, data migration analysts, engineers, and QA engineers to ensure successful implementation of ERP systems
* Any deviation of scope should be managed through Change Requests
* Risk management review and reporting
* Project Metric Reporting (including but not limited to timelines, progress, costs)
* Work closely with engineering leads, product design and product managers to continuously improve the process
* Lead and influence others including those more senior on best practices
More about you:
* You have a natural ability to build strong rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You love to problem solve and have an eye for details others might miss
* You are well organised and know how to switch things up when priorities change, and excel in a fast-paced environment
* You enjoy working with others and thrive on collaboration, but can work equally well autonomously
* You have demonstrable knowledge and experience of Project Management methodologies
* Experience liaising with users, businesses and technology teams to drive project success
* A fundamental understanding of software development processes
* You have Tertiary Qualifications (Prince 2, PMBOK etc.) combined with proven delivery
* Prior experience in working with or on large technology projects
* Experience with implementing ReadyTech or comparable government systems.
* Understanding of the Government Sector would be of benefit but not mandatory
* Have a proven track record as a Project Manager within a Software solutions, Managed services or a Consultancy environment
