We are seeking an experienced Administration & Accounts professional to join our new Auto Glass & Windscreens office opening in Bibra Lake.
This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Performing a range of administrative duties including data entry, filing and general office management.
Handling accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and reconciliation.
Providing support with payroll processing.
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Providing customer service support and responding to client enquiries.
Performing data entry and maintaining various databases and records.
Scheduling/booking in jobs & keeping up to date with the busy daily schedule.
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar administration and accounts role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Xero accounting software.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
