Project Support Officer

The role involves providing project assistance in various functions including project management, asset management, records management, finance management, contract management and procurement management.

* Collecting and compiling information
* Preparing documentation
* Maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines

Key skills required include excellent written and verbal communication skills, previous exposure to facilities maintenance contract work is desirable, high attention to detail, data entry experience essential, proficiency in the use of Excel, and TRIM knowledge desirable.
