What would your day look like?
* Responding to customer order requests with professionalism and efficiency
* Processing transactions and enquiries
* Handling refund eligibility
* Tracking and updating customers on order status
* Escalating any complaints
* Monitoring customer feedback

* A strong communicator with great problem solving skills
* A multitasker
