Responsibilities
Prepare monthly financial reports, manage accruals, reconcile balance sheet, reimbursable expenses, and outgoings. Support budgeting, forecasting, lease administration, and audit processes.
Coordinate annual budgets, quarterly income reforecasts, and attend client and property management meetings to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Respond promptly to client queries and requests, lead monthly finance meetings with Property Managers, addressing key variances and proposing solutions.
Review and provide feedback on junior team members' work.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Commerce or related field, or several years of demonstrated accounting experience in a similar background.
* CPA/CA or studying towards it is highly desirable.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities to meet deadlines for several client contacts.
* Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
