* Strong hands-on configuration experience in: SAP FICA
* Dunning, collections, and payment processing
* Account determination and integration withFI
* Experience working i
n utilities (electricity, gas, or wate
r) environments
* Strong understanding o
f SAP FI integrati
on with IS-U
* Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA IS-U environments
* Ability to analyse complex business processes and recommend optimal SAP solutions
* Manag
e end-to-end financial process
es including receivables, reconciliation, and revenue accounting
* Suppor
t month-end and year-end closing activiti
es related to FICA
* Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
* Perform system configuration, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and documentation
* Investigate and resolve production issues, providing root-cause analysis
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
