A great opportunity has arisen at The Star Gold Coast as the Building Management Assistant.
In this role you will need a friendly, skilled attitude to focus on delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring familiarity and knowledge of the property and current owners within The Star Residences.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Providing a high level of service to owners within The Star Residences at all times.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge about all aspects of The Star Gold Coast.
- Liaising with tenants, guests and contractors in relation to day-to-day building matters and directing these enquiries where required.
- Confirming and coordinating residential move-in bookings, including making lift bookings.
- Coordinating and accepting loading dock deliveries
- Receiving and confirming booking requests for private dining rooms
- Ordering hard keys and remotes and cutting common property swipe cards.
- Obtaining the Body Corporate roll and updating relevant databases.
**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- A thorough knowledge of The Star Gold Coast restaurants and property
- Sales registration certificate is highly regarded
- Experience working within a fast-paced real estate agency (property management) and/or strata hotel operations is highly regarded.
- Prior experience using systems such as ‘Mybos’, ‘SIHOT’, ‘Converga’ and ‘Oracle’ not essential but advantageous.
