The Role
Two newly created roles forecast for 2 towers at the Gold Coast in June 2026.
As the Finishing Foreman, you will report the Site Manager and be responsible for the performance of all finishing trades.
You will develop efficient short-range programs that tie into the targets agreed by the team.
You will drive productivity whilst ensuring the highest quality finish for these high ends, owner occupier apartments.
You will have a keen eye for detail, consistently deliver a high-quality finish and have a proactive approach to managing defects.
About you
Candidates MUST have proven experience working on multi-level (mid to high rise) residential towers on a class one product.
You will be a carpenter by trade with a QBCC Site Supervisors License and 3 + Years working as a Supervisor in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 principal contractor or Developer Builder in Australia.
You will be used to working with Systems like Excel, Procore and MSP.
