 * Preparing and cooking food, ordering supplies, and maintaining dish quality.
Requirements
 * 2+ years of experience in restaurant or kitchen management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
 * Able to build a high-performing team with strong interpersonal skills.
 * A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to excellence.
