Care Coordinator - Home Care
Role based in Forster. Temporary role with a possibility to extend.
Your main duties will include:
* Scheduling client services
* Working on ongoing Support Workers rosters
* Liaising with internal & external stakeholders

* Experience in a high paced environment
* Aged or Home Care knowledge
