The Key Responsibilities
* Developing and delivering a comprehensive recruitment strategy using a multi-channel approach
* Providing consultation to key hiring managers and implementing cost-effective recruiting strategies
* Implementing internet and social media campaigns to position the business in the market
* Reporting of recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness
* Development and regular production of recruitment dashboards to measure key performance indicators
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive recruitment experience within agency and corporate environments
* Background recruiting within professional and/or financial services or IT industries
* Talent mapping expertise using targeted searches such as LinkedIn Recruiter
* Ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external networks
* Strong business acumen with a commercial/pragmatic approach
