Job Description
- Provide Level 2 IT support to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting across a range of devices.
- Maintain and monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Support end-users with technical queries, both remotely and on-site.
- Document solutions and update internal knowledge bases as required.
- Collaborate with Level 1 technicians and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
- Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades as directed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Level 2 IT Technician should have:
- A strong background in IT support within the professional services industry.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with common operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or technical qualifications will be highly regarded.
