of your own practice/clients advising on: trade marks-

We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a registered Australian/NZ qualified
TM attorney
OR dually qualified
solicitor/TM attorney
residing anywhere in Australia (preferably Sydney but open to any location provided you're happy to work remotely); have a
minimum
of
2 years (or more)
experience in
trade marks
[essential] including some disputes experience [preferable]; have solid knowledge of current trademark law+ practice; have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+ commercial acumen; have an
entrepreneurial spirit
willing to participate in business development/marketing; are
results-driven + positive + hungry
