This position involves leading a demanding kitchen environment while maintaining quality, following OH&S procedures, and providing the best customer dining experience. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualifications and have sound knowledge of OH&S. Additionally, they will have great time management skills and the capacity to follow procedures and guarantee consistency.
