Overview
Council is seeking applications from experienced professionals to provide high-level customer service and administrative support at the Wagga Wagga Lawn Cemetery and Crematorium.
Responsibilities
Provide high level customer service advice and support to Funeral Directors in relation to cemetery and crematorium services including funeral, cremation, interment and memorialisation services.
Bookings, scheduling, processing financial transactions, and accurately maintaining databases and electronic records systems.
What You Will Need To Succeed
Compassion and empathy and ability to provide support to grieving families; meeting with bereaved families to discuss memorial options. Ongoing support and training provided.
Relevant business administration qualifications and experience along with a current Class C Driver's Licence.
Remuneration & Benefits
Permanent, full time position (35 hours per week).
Remuneration of $2,793.68 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,352.42 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).
