Job Overview
This role involves onsite coordination of trade efforts to ensure successful project completion.
* Coordinate and supervise trades personnel throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure workforce safety and compliance with relevant regulations
* Develop and implement Construction Methodologies and Method of Works Plans for effective project delivery
* Implement SWMS, Permits, Isolations and Controls to guarantee team safety
* Guarantee quality and workmanship adherence to established quality management processes and documentation
* Manage and track workforce hours and productivity
* Optimize stock control, procurement, and inventory for direct works on site
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, experience in water industry projects, steel structures, mechanical and blast & paint is highly advantageous, trade certification and/or construction qualifications, experience in construction, remediation, and refurbishment projects, and effective conflict resolution, communication and influencing skills.
