The role will involve championing the beverage program at Lucas Collective by assisting with the creation of a world‐class beverage offering, including training, menu creation and staff development.This is a hands‐on role with at least half of the week spent in venues, including being in‐venue on shift for a minimum of two early evenings a week.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and launch of cocktail menus across all venuesDeliver cocktail, spirits and beverage training programsMentor Bar Managers and Supervisors to drive performance and career developmentMonitor beverage COGS, sales mix and profitability, taking corrective action where requiredOversee stocktakes, par levels and stock optimisation across venuesConduct venue audits including cleanliness, compliance and batching standardsSupport venue openings, activations and major eventsDrive sustainability initiatives and zero‐waste programsLiaise with marketing to maximise visibility of launches and feature beveragesSupport financial forecasting, reporting and performance analysisThe Ideal Candidate will haveDemonstrated senior beverage or bar leadership experience in premium restaurants/barsExtensive beverage knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wine and beerProven experience managing COGS, GP targets and financial performanceStrong stock control and systems knowledgeExperience developing and delivering training programsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesRSA certification (essential)Qualification in Leadership & Management (desirable)#J-18808-Ljbffr
