Responsibilities
Develop and deliver digital literacy programs across the library network.
Create an exceptional customer experience.
Support and contribute to the development of digital literacy programs for diverse communities.
Support team management, strategic planning and daily operations.
The Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In
Planning, development and delivery of digital literacy programs and projects.
Providing high quality customer service.
Excellent digital literacy skills.
Effective communication skills.
Applicants must be willing and prepared to undertake weekend work, and work across any of the nine City branches as required.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month (a 19-day month).
