About the Role
The Delivery Executive will lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programs, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, client satisfaction, and robust governance. This senior leadership role partners closely with Account Leadership, Sales, and SAP Practice teams to drive profitable growth and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead overall delivery of SAP programs and projects across the client portfolio.
* Act as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders.
* Ensure delivery quality, compliance with frameworks, and adherence to contractual commitments.
* Manage escalations, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication.
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams.
* Own P&L performance for assigned SAP engagements, including forecasting and resource utilisation.
* Manage commercial governance, contract obligations, and change control.
* Partner with Sales and Account Executives to support business development for SAP opportunities.
* Lead and mentor cross-functional SAP delivery teams, including onshore, offshore, and partner resources.
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Ensure compliance with delivery and risk management standards, including SAP methodologies and regulatory requirements.
* Manage vendor and partner engagement to ensure quality of third-party contributions.
The Successful Candidate
To be considered, you must:
* Be an Australian Citizen with a current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (NV1 or above preferred). Candidates with Baseline clearance who are willing to secure higher clearance will also be considered.
* Have extensive experience leading large-scale SAP transformations or multi-tower SAP delivery programs.
* Demonstrate proven ability managing senior client relationships at CIO, CTO, and CFO level.
* Possess strong program and portfolio management capability.
* Have deep understanding of SAP technologies, platforms, and delivery methodologies.
* Demonstrate financial management and P&L ownership experience.
* Have experience shaping and supporting sales pursuits for SAP programs.
* Be able to lead large, diverse delivery teams across geographies.
* Possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Hold a relevant degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
* SAP certifications or project management certifications are advantageous.
* Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA transformations, cloud-based SAP solutions, and working within Australian public sector or regulated industries is desirable.
