Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive global tax strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Lead the management of R&D tax credit claims, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize benefits.
* Oversee income tax calculation and tax-effect accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Ensure tax compliance across all territories, including sales tax, fringe benefit tax, and governance.
* Collaborate on M&A tax activities, providing expert advice and guidance.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in tax, preferably in high-growth companies operating globally in the technology or SaaS sector.
* A results-driven approach, with the ability to dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them to completion.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and functions.
* A keen attention to detail and a data-driven mindset, ensuring accuracy and informed decision making.
* Intellectual curiosity and a passion for leveraging technology to drive process improvements in tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
