Reporting to the Drafting Team Leader, you'll create accurate, compliant CAD drawings with a focus on buildability.More specifically, you will:Interpret tender, council, and supply authority documents to create detailed working drawings and construction detailsProduce site plans that balance client requests, compliance, and buildabilityPrepare CDC/DA documentation and construction drawings in line with developer guidelines, council, or certifying authority requirementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders including project coordinators, estimators, colour consultants, and the permits teamReview and amend construction drawings as requiredProblem-solve drafting and construction matters with a focus on buildability and efficiencyManage related administration tasks in line with company standardsAbout youYou'll bring:Experience using ArchiCAD for residential drawingsStrong understanding of development approvals, construction and detailing processesCertificate IV (or equivalent) in Architectural DraftingResidential construction project experience (advantageous)Knowledge of the NCC, housing codes, and relevant regulationsExcellent attention to detail, accuracy, and strong interpersonal skillsInterested?
