Known across Melbourne and Victoria, we're now expanding to Cairns at the iconic CairnsAquarium. Run the grill section during busy lunch, dinner, and functions
Maintain quality, consistency, and food safety standards
Assist with prep, stock management, and smooth daily operations
Train and support junior staff in a collaborative environment
About the Role:
* Take charge of the grill during busy lunch, dinner, and function services

* Train and guide junior staff in a supportive, team-focused environment
* Be ready to step up as supervisor when required
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a griller or section leader in a busy kitchen
* Strong leadership skills and the confidence to take charge
* Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
* Reliable, motivated, and calm under pressure
* Great communication and teamwork abilities
* Availability for lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends
* Australian work rights required for this position
