Our client is Kingston Resources Ltd, an ASX listed gold producer that is currently focussing on the ongoing development of the Mineral Hill Gold Mine near Condobolin in NSW.
The Mine
Mineral Hill is fully owned by Kingston Resources Limited and is located approx. 65 km from Condobolin NSW. Mining gold, silver and copper, underground development kicked off in late 2025, with production ore scheduled for early 2026.
We are now seeking a skilled and experienced Underground Longhole Driller for an immediate start to join our small dynamic team. Reporting to the Underground Shift Supervisor, the Long Hole Driller will be a part of the production mining team, responsible for drilling production blast holes, prior to charging and blasting operations. Drillers also carry out other related duties as directed by the Mine Supervisor.
Key responsibilities
* Carrying out precise long hole drilling using mechanised equipment, following design specifications with care and accuracy
* Interpreting and following mine plans confidently - drilling to line, gradient, and profile with attention to detail
* Setting up and troubleshooting long hole Drill rigs to ensure smooth and safe operation
* Collaborating with the Shift Supervisor and previous crew to stay informed and aligned on the work area and daily priorities
* Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment maintenance, coordinate drilling activities
* Maintain high standards of work quality and safety compliance whilst demonstrating strong safety leadership and environmental awareness
About you
* Must have a minimum of 2+ years underground mining experience. Preference will be given to applicants with experience operating Sandvik drill rigs
* Ability to follow strict procedures and safety standards
* Demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Security Clearance (UHL) or ability to obtain
* A valid driver's licence
* You must have the right to live and work in Australia
