Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will lead strategic initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, collaborating with trade partners and tour operators to elevate Village Roadshow Theme Parks' presence.
* Achieve annual sales targets across all domestic trade and tourism channels (including New Zealand).
* Develop and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and partner incentives that drive revenue growth.
* Produce regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform data-driven decisions.
* Maintain and nurture key stakeholder relationships through consistent engagement and strategic collaboration.
* Manage annual contracting and yield across partner channels to optimize revenue streams.
* Represent the organization at trade shows, industry events, and meetings with tourism bodies (locally and internationally).
* Oversee the park's visibility and performance on third-party websites and with wholesale travel agencies to enhance brand reputation.
