Protecta is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of campaigns, content and day-to-day marketing activity across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys owning execution, keeping things moving and working across multiple channels and stakeholders.
What you'll be responsible for:
* Managing social media channels (planning, writing, posting and optimisation)
* Writing and building eDMs and direct marketing communications
* Creating and maintaining sales enablement tools and marketing collateral
* Coordinating testimonials, case studies and project content
* Managing merchandise, including ordering and stock levels
* Coordinating internal and external newsletters
* Supporting website updates and content uploads
* Coordinating professional photography and videography
* Organising events and marketing activations
* Pulling together campaign performance data and reporting
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years' experience in a marketing role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proactive and able to work with minimal direction
* Comfortable working cross-functionally, particularly with sales teams
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to interpret data and report on performance
* Experience with marketing automation platforms, CMS platforms and basic analytics tools
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (desirable, not essential)
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar (desirable)
