Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop
* Oversee branch operations including Sales, Trade, Plaster board warehouse.
* Drive financial performance, achieving sales, GP, and stock targets
* Build strong customer relationships and support new trade business opportunities
* Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and branch presentation
* Monitor stock levels, coordinate logistics, and manage vehicle/forklift maintenance
* Ensure accurate order entry, quotation processing, and timely delivery
* Represent the branch at trade events, meetings, and customer functions
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in branch, store, or operations management
* Strong commercial focus with the ability to drive sales and achieve results
* Experienced in stock control, warehouse operations, or logistics
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and large teams
* Strong communicator who builds culture and develops people
* Safety-driven with a hands-on, proactive approach
* Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards
