Your Key Responsibilities: Develop the roster schedule and ensure completion of rostered tasks: manage the team to ensure clear timelines are set and tasks are achieved within the specific geographical area of responsibility; Backfill annual and personal leave: Ensure contingency plans are in place to ensure consistency of services each week; Maintain exceptional customer service: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by delivering outstanding service; Collaborate effectively with clients, families, Local Area Coordinators, and Support Coordinators to deliver integrated support; Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the successful implementation of NDIS plans and client outcomes; Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, families, and representatives to provide a responsive service to facilitate their transition from inquiry to service delivery; Implement a coordinated intake process to assess client support needs, develop service quotes, agreements, and allied health reports; Collect and maintain accurate client data within a person-centred framework; Determine client eligibility and refer to other appropriate services if required; Deliver weekly and monthly reports to Executive Management; What you will bring to the role: Previous experience in rostering/scheduling, ideally in aged care, NDIS, or health services; Experience in team leadership or a desire to take the next step into a leadership role; Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills; Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset; A client-focused, compassionate approach; Familiarity with scheduling or client management software (highly regarded).
