Overview
Sales Associate – Land Sales (Mount Barker): As a Sales Associate, you'll play an important part in ensuring our clients receive a seamless and professional experience. You'll support the Sales Executive, manage enquiries, and assist buyers in finding the perfect allotment for their future home.
Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting prospective buyers during sales centre and onsite hours
Responding to enquiries and managing database updates (CRM)
Supporting land release campaigns and sales launches
Preparing contracts and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
Assisting with marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
About You
Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and Excel
Available to work
Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday

Qualifications
Current South Australian Real Estate Sales Registration (or willingness to obtain)
Driver's license and reliable transport
Prior experience in real estate/property sales (preferred but not essential)
What We Offer
Permanent part-time or full-time opportunity (22–38 hours depending on the candidate)
Base salary under the Real Estate Industry Award (MA000106)
