Job Title: Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our team in providing exceptional services to clients.
* The Team Leader will mentor, train, and supervise a team of Community Support Workers.
* Assist the Manager (Service Delivery) to oversee daily operational workflow activities, driving efficiency within the team and process improvements across the business for best practice.
* Lead by example as a hands-on team leader in day-to-day supervision and mentoring of the team, ensuring a highly skilled, informed, confident, and competent team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:
* Leadership skills with experience in supervising teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Detailed understanding of Home Care Package, CHSP, and Support at Home program frameworks.
Desirable Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or related field.
* Experience working in Aged Care and Community Sector.
