**The Client**

Leaders in residential, retail and commercial real estate markets, our client is a dynamic Corporate Real Estate and Property Group, known for their commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees.

We are currently seeking an experienced Temporary Sales Administrator to join their team for a Temporary Assignment.

This Temporary assignment is located in Glenelg.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Sales Team
- Client Communication
- Document Preparation
- Execute pre
- listing process, listing and sales process
- Working extensively with; Inspect Real Estate, Outlook, Microsoft Suite, OneDrive, MultyArray.
- Liaising with settlement agents, buyers and sellers through the listing to settlement process

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Reception and Sales Administration experience essential
- Corporate presentation & confident demeanour
- Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
- Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
