About the Role: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a well-established, design-focused residential builder. Working across bespoke homes and development projects, you'll play a key role in pricing, cost planning and supporting the delivery of high-quality builds from concept through to construction. Tasks & Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs and tenders for custom residential projects Review architectural drawings, specifications and engineering documentation Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing Conduct take-offs and ensure costings align with project scope and design intent Value engineer projects while maintaining quality and design integrity Assist with procurement, budgeting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle Maintain and update pricing databases and supplier relationships Skills & Experience: Previous experience as an Estimator within residential construction Experience with Medium Density projects highly regarded (e.g. townhouses, dual occs, multi-unit developments) Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building regulations Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in estimating software and Excel Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits & Perks: Work with a highly regarded builder delivering premium, architecturally designed homes Exposure to end-to-end projects and development work Competitive salary package based on experience Opportunity for long-term growth within the business About the Company: This residential builder specialises in delivering high-end, architecturally designed homes and boutique developments.
