Job Description
As a Utility Worker (Housekeeper, Kitchen Hand, or Utility All‐Rounder), you will perform a wide range of cleaning, maintenance, and support duties across mine site, kitchen, house, and communal areas.
* Set up, maintain, and clear dining areas.
* Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
* Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Provide efficient, friendly service during high‐demand periods.
* Support team members across departments.
* Prepare and serve texture‐modified meals.
* Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, stock, and crib food levels.
* Housekeeping duties: clean guest rooms and en‐suites, make beds as required.
* General cleaning: manage waste, sweep, mop, and other duties in communal areas.
* Mine site cleaning: maintain cleanliness in site offices, crib huts, and bathhouses.
Desired Skills & Experience
* 12+ months experience as Utility/Utility All‐Rounder, Cleaner, Housekeeper, or Kitchen Hand.
* Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and positive 'can‐do' attitude.
* Ability to work in fast‐paced, time‐sensitive environment.
* Pride in personal appearance & hygiene.
* Driver's license (Auto or Manual).
* Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
