Mid-Senior Sales and Business Development Role
An exciting opportunity to join our retail network in a mid-senior sales and business development role. This position involves leading the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customer
* Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer-led for delivering an exceptional store experience
* Attract, engage, and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
* Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting well-being
* Build and maintain the store roster, ensuring it is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and team
* Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in delivering
* Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership, and shared success
