Responsibilities
Take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
Maintain a strong commitment to safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

You'll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
