WHS Administrator | Temp to Perm | Part-Time | Hills District
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented WHS Administrator to support a safety-focused team in the Hills District.
This is a temporary part-time role with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Role Overview:
Location: Hills District, Sydney
Work Arrangement: 22 hours per week across 5 days, with 2 days work from home
Rate: $45-$50 per hour + Super
Employment Type: Temporary with potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage injury management databases and maintain accurate records
* Process invoices related to workers' compensation and WHS services
* Prepare reports on workers' compensation cases and trends
* Coordinate payroll processing for workers' compensation benefits
* Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure compliance and smooth operations
About you:
* Previous experience in WHS
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Familiarity with workers' compensation processes and systems
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
