New Home Sales Professionals are based in display homes. You will be responsible for managing sales enquiries and organising display centres to maximise sales conversion.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
* Create Opportunities: Develop customer relationships and qualify customers for new business. Build relationships and provide house and land opportunities with local and targeted land estates.
* Marketing & Customer Service: Ensure all display presentation standards are maintained and marketing collateral within display is current.
* Clerical Information: Maintain and manage leads and customer information.
To be considered, you must have a proven sales record of success. Experience within the housing market is highly regarded.

Schedule: You will be required to work at displays on weekends. In return, you will enjoy lucrative commission and two days off mid-week.
