Join this fast growing, global manufacturing company as the Functional Consultant and Business Relationship Manager partnering with Finance and HR business leaders to ensure successful implementation of their brand-new MS Dynamics 365 ERP.
Your new role will also see you prioritize and execute system enhancements and provide an advanced level of support to the business.
**Key activities**
- Build strong relationships with internal customers, management, and other stakeholders to promote the work of IT and ensure the role of IT and its responsibilities are understood
- Evaluate business processes and propose system improvements and best practices
- Gather and document Business Requirements and Test Cases
- Document AS IS and TO BE business processes
- Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders
- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders
- Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help achieve its goals
- Discover, organise, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
- Work with the Technical / Development team to ensure that they understand the specifications, and verify the solution addresses the business requirements
- Partner with business functions to provide training
**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role providing functional consulting expertise on ERP implementations
- Experience working on Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 projects with a focus on finance, HR and/or supply chain
- Vendor engagement and management skills
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.), and Azure DevOps highly regarded
