About the role
The Service Delivery Officer position promotes the delivery of support services by ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, person-centred care and the achievement of participants' goals and objectives. The role is primarily based in our office but also involves community visits and support of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.
Key responsibilities
* Assist in ensuring all care plans and risk assessments are up to date
