One of our valued clients is a leader in the Medical Devices Industry. With offices around Australia there is an immediate vacancy for an experienced Customer Service Representative at their North Ryde location. This is a 5 days per week casual role for 6 months with this large international company. Skills & Experience Customer Service Ensure all customer enquiries, orders, service needs and complaints are attended with quality service level, respond where appropriate or direct to relevant functional department. Ensure appropriate management of customer consignments, including arranging returns and transfer of stock where appropriate. Ensure, where possible, no customers are impacted by backordered stock by arranging to borrow from other consignments. Determine customer requirements, answer inquiries, resolve problems and fulfil requests. Work closely with 3PL to ensure timely delivery of product. Keep up to date with knowledge on products and services offered. Responsible for the entire customer order process and shipment coordination. Accurately & timely entry of customer orders in SAP in accordance with established processes and policies. Liaise with other functional departments to ensure on time order fulfilment. Ensure timely, accurate billing to customers and resolve billing issues when required. Ensure all service failure is recorded accurately into the Issue Management system. Work together with appropriate functional department to provide corrective and preventive action in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate all Product Complaints to the relevant people in the Quality organization Education and Experience Preferred minimum 3 years working experience in customer service or order processing. Essential Skills and Abilities Good communication skills with fluent in English Computer literate with good knowledge of using MS Office Detail oriented, Hardworking, Process driven, Strong multi-tasking skills and works well under pressure.
