About the Role We're looking for a confident, hands-on Store Manager who can set the pace, lift performance, and create an environment where customers walk in curious and walk out excited.
You'll report to an Area Manager and take full ownership of day-to-day operations including: Hitting sales and store KPIs with consistency and energy Creating a protected, well-run, customer-focused store Coaching and developing your team to be the best in the region Leading from the front - every day, every shift Driving inventory accuracy, standards, and operational compliance Who You Are You're someone who genuinely loves retail and knows how to bring out the best in people.
