About the Role:
* Resolving customer queries and resolving disputes
* Negotiating payment arrangements and managing outstanding debts
* Working collaboratively with the hardship team to assess cases and make recommendations
* Skip tracing and locating missing customers
* Educating delinquent customers on debt management strategies
* Providing solutions to prevent future arrears
* Making recommendations on settlement proposals and hardships
About You:
* You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* A tertiary qualification in commerce, finance or accounting is desirable but not essential
* You will need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* A calm and patient nature is essential, as this role can be challenging at times
