About the role:
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping our client's product marketing strategy and driving its execution across integrated campaigns. You'll partner closely with their in-house creative team and marketing channel owners, ensuring compelling and effective storytelling that resonates with their customers. Your expertise in articulating clear positioning, crafting strategic briefs, managing campaigns, and orchestrating the marketing calendar will be central to you and their Marketing Team's success.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinating effective launches of the client's new products onsite and offsite to ensure launch objectives are met
* Leading and coordinating sale events to ensure commercial and customer goals are delivered
* Leading cross-functional marketing projects and initiatives that arise and supporting the Country Manager in key strategic marketing projects
* Monitoring product and category performance to ensure other marketing team members are leaning into the right opportunities
* Developing and ensuring delivery of a strong social proof strategy, including leading our product awards submissions
* Owning and improving key campaign processes, including for product launches and sale events, and supporting the Marketing Leadership team to constantly improve and innovate our ways of working
To be successful in this role you will have:
* 5-7+ years experience in a similar or relevant functional role.
* Exceptional skills in product positioning, strategic briefing, campaign development, and marketing planning.
* Proven success collaborating with creative teams, channel owners, and external partners.
* Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage complex marketing calendars and initiatives.
* Strategic thinker with strong creative judgment and excellent communication skills.
* Passionate about brands, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
* Deep understanding of how modern brands are built on social media platforms.
* Deeply curious - someone who naturally stays on top of online culture and trends.
* Experience leveraging market research and customer insights to drive product strategy.
* Interest in measuring your impact and understanding how the work you do links to commercial outcomes.
