Maintenance Electrician – FMCG Manufacturing

$60/hr + OT + Super
Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing site based in Erskine Park. This is a permanent dayshift role offering strong hourly rates, consistent overtime and a stable Monday–Friday roster. Working within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high-speed production lines and ensuring minimal downtime across the plant.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical maintenance, fault finding and breakdown response on production equipment
* PLC fault finding and diagnostics across automated systems
* Preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities
* Working on conveyors, packaging machinery and processing equipment
* Supporting production to maximise uptime and efficiency
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and compliance standards
About You
* Trade qualified Electrician (NSW Electrical Licence)
* Strong experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments
* Solid PLC fault finding experience (essential)
* Experience with automated production lines and packaging equipment
* Ability to work independently on shift and respond to breakdowns
* Strong safety mindset and team collaboration skills
