High Energy Service (HES), a Monadelphous Business, is currently seeking a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to join our Wangara based team.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Mobilisation Officers supporting onboarding, upskilling and mobilisation/demobilisation for all HES employees
* Ability to manage the mobilisation portfolio across all Perth Metro and Regional Teams for a broad range of clients
* Work closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to schedule work allocations
* Coordinate ongoing travel arrangements for white-and-blue-collar employees
* Facilitate seamless mobilisation and demobilisation, coordinating end-to-end tasks
* Managing flight and accommodation queries
* Check, manage and update labour lists
* Update employee, shutdown and project information on applicable databases
* Coordination of onboarding inductions, training and DAS (Drug & Alcohol) screenings
What you'll bring
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience managing a mobilisation team
* Proactive, punctual and reliable team player
* Proven organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work within deadlines
* Strong attention to detail including good verbal and written communication skills
* Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel (Intermediate usage)
* Right to work in Australia
