About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Director of Nursing (Home Manager) with demonstrated management and leadership qualities to oversee the day-to-day operations at Clarendon Grange, a 47-bed residential aged care Home. You will lead and motivate all on site managers and staff to deliver the best in residential care and customer service. You will work to continually develop and improve the operations of the home to ensure a high standard of care is maintained in the home.
This is a full-time (Monday to Friday) fixed term position for 18 months.

Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the residential aged care industry, including
Proven management and leadership skills
Support to resident choice and decision-making including dignity of risk
Demonstrated experience meeting overall service budgets
Knowledge and experience with Aged Care Quality Standards
Knowledge of current Health and Safety practices including COVID-19
Knowledge and experience with continuous improvements and aged care legislation
Demonstrated ability to maintain maximum occupancy
Experience in meeting KPIs with regards to agency staff usage, staff turnover and Work Cover claims
Working knowledge of AN-ACC
Current AHPRA registration
Current police check
Immunisation certificate
