Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our National Operations team. This critical role involves coordinating national product support by managing mechanical services, repairs and product support for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, repairs identified as part of preventative maintenance or servicing and scheduled regulatory inspection works
* Prepare and convert service & repair quotations, interpret and order parts and estimate labour
* Provide regular and timely updates to customers on the status of their quotations & repairs
* Follow-up and negotiate fruitful outcomes generating maintenance activity to support service department growth
Requirements:
* You have excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build strong relationships and handle crucial conversations
* You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
