Remuneration: $35.51 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discounts

About the role:
As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance (e.g., showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, ironing)
- Support clients to maintain independence and improve quality of life
- Follow individualised Care Plans and assist with community-based activities
- Assist with transportation, shopping, and appointment attendance
- Engage with clients respectfully and build meaningful relationships
Role requirements
- Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification – Essential
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work – Essential
- Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
